The vineyards of Côtes-de-Provence are situated at the foot of the plateau Cengle next to Aix-en-Provence, in the town of Châteauneuf-le-Rouge.

Wine growing / wine making

30% Grenache , 20% Syrah , 30% Cinsault, 10% Tibourenc & 10% Mourvèdre. A blend of run-off rosé juice and direct pressing; alcoholic fermentation with full temperature control.

Tasting notes

Pale pink. Fresh & floral with lovely red berry fruit. Classic Provence rosé.

Food pairing

Artichokes, tomato salad, tabbouleh, green olive tapenade, Provençal-style stuffed vegetables, salade niçoise.
