Wine growing / wine making

Harvest entirely destemmed. Traditional vinification, matured in vats to retain all freshness and fruit clarity.

Tasting notes

Bright, clear ruby colour. Intense nose of red fruits and violets. Round and full on the palate, followed by an explosion of red fruit. Beautiful harmony with soft tannins.

Food pairing

Steak pie, red peppers and tomatoes stuffed with garlic, rosemary, thyme and rice, chicken with lentils, charcuterie.
